The Role:

This is a newly created position on our growing Boston-based Sales Team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for finding, developing and closing new business. You will meet and exceed goals through a detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, customer presentations & product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales. 


  • Achieves revenue growth targets and other sales related goals within a named book of accounts
  • Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities and drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Aligns client business needs with products, solutions, and services offered.
  • Creates value and differentiates our services and products from competitors.
  • Drives contract negotiations for new and existing business within named accounts regarding new sales, account growth and contract renewals as appropriate.


  • 2+ years of experience in consultative sales
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Previous successful experience cold calling and closing business
  • Powerful sales, presentation and communication skill sets
  • Exceptional team player interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization


  • Previous Inside Sales experience selling SaaS, credit card payments or media agency experience
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce)
