Founded in 2009, FastPay is the providing the financial infrastructure to the digital media and technology industries.  Our company was built on the idea that offering innovative financing options to companies in need would not only help them through the hard times but also contribute to their growth. To date, FastPay has funded over $1B in loans across thousands of publishers, networks, exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, agencies and developers and has built a financial clearinghouse to streamline payment flows for the industry.

What will you do?

You will be a strategic brand ambassador focused on creating alliances with channel partners to help generate deal flow and referrals. You’ll join a quickly growing team of self-starters and expert networkers focused on developing relationships with tech and media service providers, including venture capital providers, lenders, investment bankers, lawyers, and others who can introduce FastPay to media/tech companies, translating these relationships into prospective new clients. Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert networker and relationship builder: established ad/tech network required
  • Set up meetings and engage with channel partners throughout the tech/media ecosystem
  • Effectively promote FastPay’s brand and products
  • Act as brand ambassador with a mastery of our company, niche and products
  • Follow-up strategically to cultivate and strengthen relationship to help originate deal flow
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences
  • Meet and exceed plan goals to include activity metrics, deal volume, and revenue

 Skills/Expertise:

  • Proven networking skills and experience from a similar role: established ad/tech network required
  • Strong understanding of the tech and finance ecosystem
  • Independent performer and entrepreneurial-minded
  • 7+ years of proven industry experience including a demonstrable track record in key account management, relationship management or sales role
  • Digital Media/Ad agency client experience highly desired
  • Ability to travel required
  • Comfortable working independently and virtually, while maintaining strong relationships with other members of the team and organization
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • NOTE: Manager level roles available for earlier career candidates who have less experience than the requirements above
