Job Description

Our knowledge of the financial side of digital media business lives at the core of what we do. FastPay is continually looking to deepen our understanding and innovate how we evaluate the incoming collateral to provide the best products possible for our clients. Our Operations Manager will be at the heart of our business, handling a broad set of operational responsibilities to meet our clients’ daily needs.  In addition, the Operations Manager will play an important role in the development of the team as well as help improve and develop internal processes. These responsibilities include:

  • Putting your inventive ideas to work in order to transform the client experience
  • Play a central role in solving client issues, serving as a liaison between internal teams to drive actionable solutions
  • Identify and drive process changes to improve daily operational efficiencies
  • Leveraging FastPay’s proprietary technology in order to follow up on past due accounts and delinquent invoices
  • Assist with the development and innovation our products and services to fit the intricacies of the market.
  • Verifying client collateral and innovating our verification processes
  • Identifying opportunities to further innovate our payment products


  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline including, business, economics, accounting, finance
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a related field (accounting, loan administration, finance)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to think “outside the box” and excel at creating better efficiencies
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment while being able to meet strict daily deadlines
